Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.


Essential Functions:  

  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls while providing pertinent information when needed.
  • Greet visitors and maintain security procedures for access to office.
  • Sort daily mail, submit senior staff expense reports, and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate schedule for conference room and other events.
  • Manage AV/IT equipment for presentations/meetings in the conference Room.
  • Ensure all office areas are neat and organized.
  • Order awards and other necessary recognition items.
  • Coordinate intra-office events.


Non-Essential Functions:      

  • Assist legislative and NADA PAC staff with projects as needed.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications: Education and Work Experience

Associate degree or high school diploma and at least three years of experience in an office environment. Must be detailed oriented, able to meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks with minimum supervision. Excellent oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with internal staff, association members, board members, Members of Congress, and Congressional staff. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
