Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of 20 Group and Academy products and services to members and dealer partners.


Essential Functions:  

  • Engage, interact, and communicate across all DO departments and respective leadership.
  • Contribute to Dealership Operations leadership team in developing long-term strategy, annual business plans, annual budget, and new products/ services.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations and the delivery of 20 Group and Academy products and services.
  • Contribute thought leadership that will lead to program development of new, exclusive and differentiated content for 20 Group and Academy products and services.
  • Assist in the development of processes and systems for aggregating NADA's "best-in-class" data and subject matter expertise to benefit our members and service our educational revenue-driven efforts.
  • Prepare and control operational budgets for the financial health of 20 Group and Academy with year over year revenue growth as a focus.
  • Develop strategy and goals for 20 Group and Academy programs, staff development, and set annual objectives for   staff, enforcing a culture of performance metrics and accountability at all levels to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain 20 Group standards through process improvement initiatives and meeting/consulting engagement evaluation review.
  • Oversee the coordination, organization, and initiation of membership opportunities and achievement of defined net membership growth goals to include group assignments and higher levels of engagement across membership with Academy and 20 Group products and services.
  • Improve processes and policies in support of divisional goals.
  • Formulate, implement and monitor departmental and divisional policies and procedures to maximize output.
  • Organize recruitment, placement and onboarding of required staff through Human Resources department.
  • Facilitate, monitor, manage, and improve the efficiency of communication with supporting departments such as IT, HR, Accounting and Finance, Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
  • Liaise with middle and top management and assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity
  • Promote brand awareness and support all Dealership Operations products and services.
  • Supervise, evaluate, and develop direct reports.
  • Complete personal development requirements as noted in Employee Goals and Evaluation.


Non-Essential Functions:      

  • Copy and distribute essential documentation of procedures.
  • Keep documentation up to date.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications: Education and Work Experience

Bachelor's degree required. 15+ years of experience in operations management and extensive leadership ability. Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness, business and management, finance and accounting, human resources, project management, and information technology principle and practices. Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, planning and organizing, and delegation ability. Excellent communication skills, ability to foster team environment, experience with conflict management. Easily adaptable to any situation with a high stress tolerance. People-oriented with the ability to influence and lead.
